Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Wholesale
OLYFO supplies certified organic extra virgin olive oil at wholesale, bottled or in bulk, from our own farms in Tunisia. The organic range is certified USDA NOP Organic and EU Organic through Ecocert, certificate TN-BIO-001, and is verified by annual third-party inspection.
Organic is the claim buyers check hardest, so here is the checkable version: the certifier, the certificate number, the acidity and the polyphenol range, all in text you can verify rather than a badge on a photograph.
OLYFO Gold Organic
- Variety: Chemlali, organically farmed.
- Free acidity: ≤ 0.5% — the legal ceiling for extra virgin is 0.8%.
- Polyphenols: up to 500 mg/kg. EU rules allow an antioxidant health claim above 250 mg/kg.
- Harvest: December, pressed the same day the olives are picked.
- Formats: 250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml and 1 L glass, plus 3 L metallic tins.
How the organic certification works
Ecocert inspects the groves and the processing chain once a year. The certificate covers both the USDA National Organic Program and the EU organic regulation, which is what lets the same oil ship to the United States and into the European Union without a separate programme. We can send the current certificate with a quote.
Organic in bulk

What ships with every order
A certificate of analysis covering free acidity, peroxide value and sensory profile for that specific lot, plus the organic certificate. Samples are available on request.
