OLYFO is a Tunisian producer and exporter of premium extra virgin olive oil and Mediterranean antipasti, founded in 2020 and built on more than 2,500 years of olive-growing heritage. Our olives grow on our own farms in Kairouan and Zaghouan and are hand-picked, cold-pressed the same day in Kairouan and Jammel, then bottled and stored at partner facilities in Jammel (Monastir) and Mornag (Tunis). Tunisia was once the main supplier of olive oil to the Roman Empire; today OLYFO carries that legacy to tables in 12+ countries across five continents. We produce two ranges: extra virgin olive oils under the 2500 Years of Tradition line — OLYFO Gold, OLYFO Gold Organic and OLYFO Origins — and authentic Tunisian antipasti under Poppa Peppa.
