These terms cover the use of olyfo.com. They are deliberately short, because this website is a shop window rather than a shop: nothing can be bought here today. Actual sales are governed by the proforma invoice and sales contract we agree with you separately.

Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by OLYFO, a Tunisian producer and exporter of extra virgin olive oil and Mediterranean antipasti, with offices at Immeuble Hannibal, Étage 1, Bureau N2, 1053 Les Berges du Lac, Tunis, Tunisia. You can reach us at sales@olyfo.com or +216 25 217 199.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, print and share anything on this site for your own business purposes. You may not copy our text, photographs or brand names to present our products as your own, to sell competing products, or to imply a partnership with us that does not exist.

Enquiries are not orders

Sending us an enquiry, joining the shop waitlist, or requesting a quote does not create a contract. Prices, availability, harvest dates and lead times we publish or discuss are indicative until we issue a proforma invoice. A binding order exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and you have accepted our proforma invoice.

Product information

We publish real figures — olive variety, free acidity, polyphenol levels, harvest month and certifications — because we think buyers deserve them. These are typical values for a given harvest, and each shipment travels with its own certificate of analysis covering free acidity, peroxide value and sensory profile. Where the certificate of analysis for your batch differs from a figure on this website, the certificate is the one that counts.

Photographs and product renders are there to show the range. Labels, closures and packaging can change between harvests and between markets.

Minimum quantities and shipping

We supply to trade. Minimum order quantities are one pallet per product for OLYFO-branded goods, three pallets per product for private label, and a full twenty-foot container for bulk oil. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, goods are sold FOB Radès, Tunisia, and title and risk pass to you in line with that Incoterm.

Our bulk platform at bulk.olyfo.com and our private label platform at plp.olyfo.com are run by OLYFO and these terms apply there too. Where we link to a site we do not run, we are pointing you at something useful, not vouching for it.

What we are responsible for

We take care that what we publish is accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them. We cannot promise the site will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for business decisions taken purely on the basis of information on this website rather than on the documents we issue you. Nothing here limits our liability for the quality and conformity of goods we actually sell you, which is dealt with in our sales contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law, and the courts of Tunisia have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website. Sales contracts may specify a different forum, and where they do, the sales contract wins.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
