Tunisian Olive Oil Supplier
OLYFO is a Tunisian producer and exporter of extra virgin olive oil, founded in 2020 and shipping to more than 12 countries across five continents. We are not a broker. We grow olives on our own farms in Kairouan and Zaghouan, press them the same day they are picked, and bottle through partner facilities in Jammel (Monastir) and Mornag (Tunis).
Our registered name is Olive Leaf Yields and Flavourful Origins, and OLYFO is the acronym. We are registered in Tunis under tax ID 1672707Z.
Buying in the UK? We run a UK branch for international operations — see Tunisian olive oil supplier in the UK for our London and Crickhowell addresses, minimum orders and UK certification.
What we can supply

- Private label — your brand, three pallets per SKU.
- Bulk — flexitank, IBC or drum, one 20-foot container minimum.
- Poppa Peppa antipasti — harissa, olives, sundried tomatoes and grilled salads.
The specifications
| Oil | Variety | Free acidity | Polyphenols |
|---|---|---|---|
| OLYFO Gold | Koroneiki | ≤ 0.4% | up to 400 mg/kg |
| OLYFO Gold Organic | Chemlali, organically farmed | ≤ 0.5% | up to 500 mg/kg |
| OLYFO Origins | Chemlali | ≤ 0.5% | up to 400 mg/kg |
The legal limit for extra virgin is 0.8% free acidity. Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis giving the actual figures for that lot, so you are never buying against a brochure number.
Certification and registration
Our organic range carries USDA NOP Organic and EU Organic certification through Ecocert (TN-BIO-001). OLYFO holds US FDA Registration No. 18131951200. The facility operates under ISO 22000 and HACCP, with Halal and Non-GMO certification and Kosher in progress.
Where we already ship
The United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, New Zealand, Kuwait, Kenya and Taiwan, among others. That means the export documentation, the organic paperwork and the labelling rules for those markets are routine for us rather than a first attempt.
Awards
Gold at the London International Olive Oil Competition, Gold at Olio Nuovo Days in Paris, Gold at ONH Tunisia, Silver at NYIOOC New York 2025 and Silver at the Canada IOOC. OLYFO Origins was first recognised at the Canada & London IOOC in 2021. Every one of those panels judges blind, so they are a verdict on the oil rather than the label.
Is Tunisian olive oil any good?
Tunisia is one of the world’s largest producers and exporters, and a large share of the harvest is shipped in bulk to Italy and Spain, blended, and sold under European labels. Buying Tunisian-origin oil directly means the same Mediterranean quality without the detour — traceable to the grove and fresher by the time it reaches you. There is more detail on our FAQ page.
