Hand Harvesting the Olives

Cold Pressing for Purity
Once harvested, the olives are swiftly transported to our mill to preserve their freshness. Olyfo uses the cold- pressing method, which means the olives are pressed without the application of heat or chemicals. Bottling and Packaging
