Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp harissa paste 
  • 4 tbsp of OLYFO 2500 Years of Tradition EVOO 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • Juice of 1 lemon 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika 
  • 1 tsp ground cumin 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix harissa, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. 
  2. Add spices, salt, and pepper, then whisk until smooth. 
  3. Coat your meat, chicken, or vegetables thoroughly. 
  4. Let marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for deeper flavor).
