  • 3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed 
  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled 
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced 
  • Fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
  • Pinch of sea salt 
  • Freshly ground black pepper 

Preparation:
