Garlic Penne with OLYFO 2500 Years of Tradition – The Origins EVOO

Ingredients:
250 g penne
• 4 tbsp OLYFO 2500 Years of Tradition – The Origins Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3 cloves garlic, sliced
• Chili flakes
• Capers
• Olives, pitted and sliced
• Tuna, drained
• Fresh parsley
• Salt

Preparation:

  1. Cook the penne in salted water until al dente. 
  2. Gently heat OLYFO 2500 Years of Tradition – The Origins EVOO and sauté the garlic. 
  3. Add chili flakes, capers, olives, and tuna, then stir gently. 
  4. Add the drained pasta and toss well to combine. 
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
