Everybody loves a good crispy pizza !
And our definition of a perfect delicious one is surely made with Olive Oil…
Here is a quick recipe for a margherita mushroom pizza made with Olyfo -2500- olive oil, for a nice texture dough formula, and a flavorful crust.
1- Pile the flours and the salt onto a surface, make a well to add the yeast and the water in the center and mix together with the olive oil
2- Leave it for a few minutes, then with circular movements mix it all, until the dough comes together
3- Flour your hands and begin to pat the pizza dough and knead it by rolling it backwards and forwards to stretch it, until you have a smooth and soft dough
4- Place the dough in a bowl, cover and leave it in a warm place up to 30 minutes
5- Preheat the oven and apply the topping:
-Drizzle a bit of olive oil
- Spread the tomato sauce over the base and out to the edges. Tear over the mozzarella and put it along with basil leaves and mushrooms
- And finally add a pinch of salt and pepper
6- Cook for 7 to 10 minutes, until the pizzas are golden.
