Instructions:
- In a bowl pour the milk, add the yeast, honey and sugar and mix well.
- Then add the egg, olyfo’s olive oil,flour and salt.
- Knead with the hook until the dough becomes supple and then cover the bowl and let it rise at room temperature for one or two hours: the dough should double in volume.
- Take the dough back and divide it.
- Shape the dough into balls with your oiled hands by folding down and rolling in your hand to get a regular shape and place the balls in muffin tins.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and brush the surface of the buns with eggs.
Ps: You can also sprinkle them with sugar or some sesame seeds .
- Put in the oven for about 15 minutes
The dough should puff up and turn golden.
And that’s it ! Your brioche buns are ready !
