Organized by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT), the Summer Fancy Food Show (SFFS) is one of the largest annual gourmet and specialty food trade shows in the U.S, a great place to discover and taste the latest products and culinary releases in the middle of summer.
Taking place at the Javits Convention Center in New York City, this show typically attracts approximately 2,500 exhibitors and more than 24,000 visitors !
- The Summer Fancy Food Show for 2022 :
This year, the Summer Fancy Food Show will take place for over 3 days from Sunday, June 12th to Tuesday, June 14th 2022, and Olyfo will make sure to enjoy every day of it !
This big food event will offer great networking opportunities to contact industry experts and professionals. It’s also the chance for visitors to get to know new ideas about food in general, from different companies, and to discover new cooking techniques, from different kitchens coming from all over the world, by different exposants.
In general, It’s beneficial for all participants, by being part of these three days, to attend the many cooking demonstrations, tastings, and seminars.
