Could you share some insights into your participation at Anuga Food Show and outline the key objectives you aimed to achieve during this event?
ANUGA is not like any other show, it happens once every two years and and it is massive in size. We were positively surprised by the quality of the visitors and are hoping for a fruitful collaboration with them as we start the harvest in a week from now.

How were your products received by event visitors?
The brand response was great and our Olive Oil received alot of appreciation. We believe Tunisian Gourmet products will be on more shelves very soon.

How does Olyfo's participation at the Anuga Food Show strengthen its position as a producer of premium extra virgin olive oil?
We have been in this business for three years now and we are no longer new players. We are attending the shows to continue building trustworthy relationships with our existing clients and continue pushing with new ones. We do premium olive oils but we also are capable now to respond to more competitive demands from the industry players.

What insights or trends did you observe during the event that could shape your company's future?
Diversification may be on direction we shall go towards. But for the time being we are focused on satisfying the rising demand in the market and winning our place in times where supply is challenged.

How does Olyfo intend to develop new partnerships or explore new business opportunities following this experience?
We will do that by continuing to respect our values and the standards we committed to. We are committed to continue providing our clients with high quality olive oils and honor our commitments towards an ethical way of doing business.
