Winter can be tough on our bodies, from the cold weather to heat and humidity.

You can put whatever vegetables you like in this soup, from seasonal fresh veggies to frozen. Here’s a list of what we like to use:
Carrots - Celery - parsley - Tomatoes - Potatoes - Green beans - Peas - Onions and garlic
You will also need :
Olyfo's extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper & Dried herbs
Heat Olyfo’s olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onions, carrots, and celery and saute 4 minutes then add garlic.
Add in tomatoes, potatoes, parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil, then add green beans and then cover and simmer until potatoes are almost fully tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Add peas and cook for 5 minutes longer…
For more flavor add in more dried herbs and serve it warm.
2-Olive Oil bread
What could be better than the smell of fresh bread baking? Well, getting it and eating it!
a half cup warm water
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Olyfo's olive oil
1 cup flour
In a large bowl mix together the warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and olive oil.
Stir in the flour in order to make a soft ball.
Place kneaded dough in a medium size greased bowl. Cover and let rise.
Make it in a loaf shape and place the dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Cover and let it rise for 15 minutes.
and then bake it in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until it becomes golden brown. Ps : You can enjoy the bread with the vegetable soup !
Nothing beats easy to make roast chicken! This recipe is a classic that's perfect for all those nights you want to prepare something delicious but don't have the time.
You will need with the chicken:
Garlic & Olyfo's Olive oil
Rosemary & Parsley
Rinse and pat dry chicken with a paper towel.
Combine olive oil and lemon juice together, rubbing all over the chicken, under the skin and inside the cavity.
Season chicken outside and inside with salt, pepper and parsley.
Stuff the garlic head into the chicken cavity along with the rosemary and the squeezed lemon.
Roast chicken, basting half way through cooking time, until cooked through.
Broil until golden and crispy!
