Tunisian Recipes
-Bambalouni:
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and olive oil. Add warm water to form dough then let it rise for 1 hour. Shape dough into rings/balls, fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey
-Tunisian Couscous:
Cook couscous according to package instructions. In a separate pot, simmer meat, vegetables, and chickpeas in a flavorful broth. Serve couscous topped with the meat and vegetables, seasoned with harissa paste for an extra kick.
