Refreshing Radish Salad with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

Looking for a healthy side dish bursting with Mediterranean flavors?
Try this fresh radish salad!

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • Large handful of fresh radishes (thinly sliced)
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, sliced thin
  • Red onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh mint and parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp 2500 Years of Tradition extra virgin olive oil (polyphenol-rich!)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of sea salt & black pepper

Preparation:

Wash and thinly slice a large handful of fresh radishes, halve cherry tomatoes, and slice cucumber into thin rounds for maximum crunch.

Finely chop red onion, tear fresh mint and parsley leaves, then toss everything together in a large bowl.

Drizzle with 1 tbsp 2500 Years of Tradition extra virgin olive oil, squeeze in juice from 1 lemon, season with sea salt and black pepper.

Gently mix to coat evenly, then serve immediately for the freshest taste and texture.
