INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 pot of plain yogurt
90g sugar
100g orange-flavored extra virgin olive oil
1 sachet of baking powder
270g flour
PREPARATION
Whisk the eggs with the yogurt and sugar until smooth, then slowly blend in the orange-flavored extra virgin olive oil. Sift the flour and baking powder together and gently fold them into the mixture until just combined to ensure a light, tender crumb. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
