INGREDIENTS:
500 g of flour
1 liter of water
A pinch of salt
Topping:
Extra virgin olive oil
Honey
Dates
PREPARATION
In a pot, dissolve the flour in the water and add a pinch of salt. Place over heat and stir with a wooden spatula. Add a little water when the mixture becomes thick. As soon as the first lumps appear, work the mixture until a smooth cream is obtained. Remove from the heat when the mixture starts to bubble. Transfer to a serving dish and top with honey, extra virgin olive oil, and dates.
